Pratiksha Ratna Shah, 27, Dang, who is also a personal secretary to the former princess, and her fiancé Rajesh Hamal, 30, Rukum, had SMSed Prerana twice over the last seven days. A team from Metropolitan Crime Division Office (MCDO) had nabbed them from Gopikrishna Theater, Chabahil, on Monday.
