  Half a dozen fake examinees held

NEPALGUNJ, March 28: Police have taken under control six persons from an SLC exam center in Banke district, while they were writing exam for some other persons.

Harka Bahadur Thapa, Tojendra KC, Suraj Bikram Shahi, Nabin BC, Laxman Shahi and Bir Bahadur Rasaili were held from the Sagarmatha Gyanpunja Higher Secondary School exam center on Wednesday after they were all found appearing for Economics exam in the names of Halim Shah, Jaya Bahadur Sunar, Dinesh Shahi, Ajay BC, Topendra Shahi and Kulbir BK respectively.

Earlier, two fake examinees were arrested from the exam center. As per the new provision, a fake examinee can be sentenced to six months in prison and slapped as much as Rs 1,00,000 in fine for the offense.
