  Indian national, implicated in robbery, dies

BARDIYA, April 24: An Indian national, currently in police detention, has died while undergoing treatment at district hospital, Guleria on Tuesday morning.

Jagadish Chamar Harijan, 35, died of internal injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital, police informed.

Harijan was apprehended by the locals of Sano Shri Village while carrying out a robbery on Monday and was handed over to the police.

He had sustained injuries after being beaten up by the locals, informed superintendent of police (SP) Ram Kripal Shah.
