HETAUDA, April 26: As many as nine persons were injured in a road accident near Rapti Bridge along the East-West Highway Thursday afternoon.
The accident took place when a tempo (Na 1 Ta 568) en route to Lothar bazaar from Hetauda collided with a truck (Na 1 Kha 5461) heading to Narayangadh, according to the District Police Office, Makawanpur.
Critically injured passenger has been taken to Bharatpur Hospital for further treatment.
Other injured are undergoing treatment at Hetauda Hospital.
