KATHMANDU, May 4: The Constituent Assembly (CA) meeting has been postponed till May 8, pasting a notice to this effect at the CA secretariat in New Baneshwor, on Friday.
The meeting was scheduled to take place today at 3 pm. This is a second deferral of CA meeting in two days. The deferral comes, with parties engrossed in formation of a consensus government following the five-point agreement reached among major political parties Thursday night.
