HETAUDA, May 29: Police confiscated 170 grams of the narcotic substance, brown sugar, from a passenger while carrying out a checking at Ratomate on the East-West Highway early Tuesday morning.
Forty-two years old Manzoor Miyan, an Indian national currently residing in Chhapakaiya, Birgunj was held with the drug while carrying out checking in a bus heading towards Kathmandu from Birgunj, the Makwanpur police said.
