  ANNFSU cadres vandalize UML party office in Chitwan

CHITWAN, June 12: Students of All Nepal National Free Student Union (ANNFSU), Chitwan vandalized district office of CPN-UML following a dispute between rival factions of ANNFSU during the district conference on Tuesday.

They have damaged 6 window pans and furniture’s of the office. Few students have been also injured in the incident.

According to central member Kamal Pathak, the students took to violence after they failed to decide on the names of chairman and office bearers for the district committee.

The students were indecisive on Keshav Kandel and Sudip Regmi for their chairman.

Following the irreconcilable dispute the UML leaders have formed a seven member new committee under the leadership of UML district chairman Krishna Khanal.

Former minister for finance Surendra Pandey had inaugurated the conference on Monday.
