SARLAHI, June 18: Entrepreneurs at Lalbandi Bazaar in Sarlahi district have been agitated saying the Bazaar Committee has started to charge for the space unnecessarily.
The businesspersons, who have been doing their business at the land of local Janajyoti Higher Secondary School, have been agitated after they were told to pay charge for the land every month along with the tax (Kaudi).
In this connection, they organized a gathering at Lalbandi and formed a Entrepreneurs Welfare Group.
According to an entrepreneur Jot Narayan Saha, the gathering organized under the chairmanship of Sitaram Dangal formed a 15-member Group under the coordination of Bhim Bahadur Karki ´Keshar´.
They blamed that the Committee decided to charge fares abruptly without consulting the entrepreneurs.
Whereas, Coordinator of the Bazaar Sub-Committee under Janajyoti Higher Secondary School Management Committee, Tika Prasad Chaulagain said that the Bazaar is not going to charge any unnecessary fares from the entrepreneurs.
