KATHMANDU, July 1: The Supreme Court (SC) on Sunday said that it sees no significance to issue an interim order against the caretaker government’s move to bring the full-fledged budget.
A joint bench of justices Damodar Prasad Sharma and Ram Kumar Shah was responding to a petition which demanded that the court interfere the government’s move to bring full-fledged budget without consensus among the political parties.
The court’s decision has paved the way for the government to bring the budget through ordinance.
