NC district presidents' gathering in Sindhulpalchowk

KATHMANDU, July 10: Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to call a national gathering of the party´s district committee presidents in Sindhupalchowk later this month.
According to NC Sindhupalchowk District Committee President Mohan Basnet, party leadership has instructed him to make necessary preparations to hold the two-day gathering beginning July 25 in Sindhupalchowk.
The gathering is being organized to discuss the current political situation and forge future strategy of the party.
Earlier, NC district presidents from Bagmati zone had asked the party´s top leadership to call a gathering of the district presidents in view of the changed political context in the country.
