  TU shutdown continues

REPUBLICA ONLINE

KATHMANDU, July 13: All the constituent campuses and research centers of the Tribhuvan University (TU) across the country have remained closed on Friday as well due to the two-day strike called by TU Teachers’ Association (TUTA).

Demanding the release of increased salary, uniform allowance, the association had called the strike.

On Thursday, talks held between TUTA representatives and the government failed to reach any conclusion on the TUTA’s demand.
