  RBB re-establishes its 5th regional office in capital

KATHMANDU, Aug 2: The Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has re-established its regional office in Kathmandu once again.

The Bank re-established its fifth regional office at Thapathali with the objective of expanding transactions of 34 branches of Bagmati, Narayani and Janakpur zones and forwarding internal control in an effective manner.

Around 40 per cent of the overall transactions of the country are made from the branches of the zones.

Inaugurating the regional office on Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer at the Bank Krishna Prasad Sharma said that the Bank has moved ahead its expansion works in recent days.

Sharma said that the office was re-established as per the vision of a model regional office and added that the bank´s internal control system will be stronger.
