NUWAKOT, Aug. 3: A man has gone missing after he was swept away by the Tandikhola River on Thursday.
Thirty years old Bhesh Bahadur Maharjan of Chapagaon, Lalitpur was among three friends who had gone to take bath in the river at Sundaradevi VDC-2 of Nuwakot district when he went missing while taking bath in the river, said the District Police Office, Nuwakot.
They had come to Nuwakot for selling Ayurvedic medicines produced by the Asian Herbo Product Limited. They had come in a group of five persons, it is stated. Police said a search is on for the missing Maharjan.
