KATHMANDU, Aug 21: The 3rd Thailand Education Fair 2012 was organized for two days, on August 19 and 20, at Hotel Yak & Yeti on Durbar Marg.

Many Nepali students are now opting to study in Thailand because of the quality of education provided to the students at just the right price.

Thailand has many universities of international reputation which provide students with the kind of quality education that can compete with any other good university in the world, making many international students choose the country.

With an excellent education curriculum, financial support and scholarships available, Thailand has become a viable option for students seeking to continue their higher education abroad, states the fair’s press release.

Organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion under Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce and co-organized by Nepal-Thailand Trade Cooperation Pvt Ltd, the fair was open from 10 in the morning till 5 in the evening.

Representatives from 15 universities were present in the education fair which was managed by the Group of Event Entertainers. Apart from the education culture in Thailand, the possibilities of education there and other education related topics, entertainment was also available in the fair.

Musical programs with artists like, Astha B, and Darshan Rai, and fun games with the possibility of winning cash prizes were organized.

The 3rd Thailand Education Fair 2012 was inaugurated by Mr. Posta Bahadur Bogati, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.
