  Transport officials found guilty of bribery

KATHMANDU, Aug 21: Special Court on Tuesday slapped a three-month jail term and fine of Rs 35,000 to two Kathmandu Transport Office officials over bribery.

Officials Negam Raj Regmi and Ram Chandra Chalise were found guilty of taking bribes while issuing driving license.

The court also slapped a three-month term to Manu Thapa and Barka Bahadur Thapa for offering bribes to officials.
