SINDHUPALCHWOK, Sept 27: Eight persons were injured, two critically, when a jeep skidded off and fell some 100 meters down from the road at Lapsiphedi, the outskirts of Kathmandu valley on Thursday morning.
The accident took place at around 4 this morning when the Tata mobile jeep (Ba 6 Cha 4604) was on way to Bhotechaur of Sindhupalchwok district to collect milk.
Kami Singh Tamang and Lok Bahadur Bhujel of Lapsiphedi-8, has been sent to the capital for the treatment. Both of them have been seriously injured.
Other injured are undergoing treatment at a Sankhu-based health post, Sujan Kumar Bhandari, police Inspector at the District Police Office in Sindhupalchwok, informed.
