KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Vice-President Parmanand Jha left for India on Thursday to participate in the concluding ceremony of the Amrit Festival of Bramha Kumari Rajyog Sewa Kendra (Center) at its invitation.
Jha will be the chief guest at the ceremony to be held at International Headquarters of the Center at Mount Abu in Rajasthan on Friday.
According to chief personal secretary of the Vice-President, Krishna Chandra Jha, the Vice-President will return home on Sunday after visiting Benares for pilgrimage on Saturday.
Jha is accompanied by wife, Nabina Jha, secretary of the Office of the Vice-President, Hari Prasad Nepal, Under Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Narad Prasad Mainali, among others.
