KATHMANDU, Aug 19: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has increased the loadshedding by 10 hours in a week effective from tomorrow (Wednesday).
As per the new schedule there will be 56 hours of power cut per week. Earlier, the NEA had been enforcing 46 hours a week loadshedding since September 26.
The NEA said the load-shedding hours had to be increased due to decrease in water levels in the rivers.
