KATHMANDU, Dec 4: Korean citizen Chyungyun Pak was arrested in possession of 500,000 Indian currency from the Tribhuvan International Airport on Tuesday.
Pak had arrived here from Delhi via Air India flight and was found concealing the current inside the handbag. IC notes of 1,000 and 5,000 denomination were recovered from the bag.
Further investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
