DHANGADHI, Dec 19: Departmental team Armed Police Force (APF) and Central Region won their respective matches on Wednesday in the First Women´s National League being held in Dhangadhi.

The departmental team routed Western Region 13-0 with four goals from Anu Lama and a hat-trick from Pramila Rai. Lama scored on 21, 27, 41 and 80 minutes. Rai achieved the target on 45, 47 and 74 minutes. Tej Kumari Gurung netted a brace while Ranjana Darji, Shova Kumari Kunwar, Usha Bhandari and Anita Basnet netted one each.

In another match, Central Region eased past Mid-western Region 4-1 with a brace each from Sapana Lama and Roshani Rakhyal. Lama scored in the 21st and 56th minutes while Rakhyal netted in the 40th and 74th minutes. Sapana Gole scored the consolation goal for Mid-western in the 81st minute.
