BUSINESS BRIEFS: Dabur launches juices in 2 new flavors

KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Dabur Nepal has launched two new variants in the Real Activ Fiber Plus range of juices --Banana Strawberry and Green Apple Punch. According to a press statement issued by the company, Real Activ Fiber Banana Strawberry is an exquisite blend of delicious strawberry, banana and other fruits. "Its rich texture and color with invigorating flavour gives the best experience of eating a fruit," said the statement.
Similarly, Green Apple Punch is a fine blend of crispy green apples and other delicious fruits.
"The Real Activ Fiber Plus range contains no added sugar and no preservatives, and is made from cent percent juice. It contains a unique dietary fiber ´Resistant Maltodextrin´ which helps to manage weight and stay fit, keeps the digestive system healthy and maintains heart health." the statement said. Abhaya Gorkhalee, head of marketing at Dabur Nepal, said, "Being a market leader in the category, we are continuously offering new exclusive variants to our consumers.

Samsung Galaxy Music Duos hits store shelves
KATHMANDU: International Marketing Services, the authorized distributor of Samsung Mobile in Nepal, has launched Galaxy Music Duos with enhanced audio features. Issuing a statement on Wednesday, the company said the new set has excellent sound quality largely due to its dual SRS speakers and ´Sound Alive´ features. "It connects to the net via WiFi or 3G and uses Android 4.0 Icecream Sandwich operating system which can be upgraded to Jellybean," the statement said.
The phone has 4GB internal memory, 32 GB external memory, Bluetooth and in-built antenna to support radio listening. "The phone is available at all Samsung stores and is also displayed at the newly opened Samsung Mobile Premium Brand Shop at Sherpa Mall, Durbar Marg," said the statement. The phone costs Rs 16,690.
