KATHMANDU, Jan. 21: A pedestrian was killed after a microbus knocked him down at local Swayambhu Sano Bharyang Monday morning.

The microbus (Ba 1 Ja 3269) plying to Balaju from Halchowk knocked Devendra Shrestha,78, a resident of Sindhupalchowk district.

Likewise, another person died after an unidentified vehicle knocked him down at local Gaushala Pingalasthan last night.

He is 19-year-old Subash Khawas of Sunsari district who was living in Kathmandu.
