KATHMANDU, Jan 28: After Dharmendra Marwaita was appointed Chairman of the Film Development Board (FDB) on Friday by the Government, the protest at FDB continues with a firmer resolve. Members of FDB gathered in the office premises of the Board and were seen in a positive and an unyielding mood.
Marwaita is a film producer and an actor of Marwari films. However, members of the FDB are not happy with the appointment and will be continuing the protest.
Agraj KC, film director, said, “We won’t be allowing Marwaita to enter the premises. He hasn’t come in today, and there’s news that he won’t come in tomorrow, either. But we’ll be here to stop his entry whenever he visits the Board.”
