BIRATNAGAR, Jan. 31: Family of the abducted Industrialist, Ganga Bisan Rathi have appealed to the rights activists, media persons and the government to support returning him home safe.
Rathi, who went to Siliguri, India, through Kakadbhitta of Jhapa district on the second week of January went out of contact since January 10.
Police have intensified search to find the condition of industrialist Rathi following the petition filed at the District Police Office, Morang, by his family members, said Superintendent of Police, Niraj Bahadur Shahi.
He said the Nepal Police has intensified search coordinating with the Indian sides, adding that Siliguri Police has arrested two Indian nationals in connection with their involvement in demanding ransom
