  Parties, prez meet ends inconclusive

KATHMANDU, Feb 11
: A meeting of the major four parties—UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress (NC), CPN-UML and Madhesi Morcha—with President Ram Baran Yadav ended inconclusively, however, agreed to continue talks tomorrow.

The meeting which was held at Shital Niwas today discussed Maoist proposal to appoint the sitting chief justice as a new prime minister to ensure Constituent Assembly (CA) election on May-end.

Earlier, the president had asked parties to forge consensus to end prolonged political crisis within two days, which expired today.
