Ilam, Feb 22: The Federal Limbuwan State Council (FLSC) has made it clear that they would not accept the idea of forming election government under the leadership of sitting Chief Justice.
A meeting of the Central Working Committee of FLSC has decided not to go for election citing it was unconstitutional to hold election under the Chief Justice leadership, stated a press release issued by the Council on Thursday.
The meeting also drew a conclusion that the agreement made among the major political parties was quite undemocratic and against the principle of separation of powers.
