Screw the UN. Who are they to tell a people what is needed. There are world heritage sites with roads all around them. There is no reason a road needed by the local people cannot be completed and not disturb the temple. The UN needs to back off its agenda of telling countries what to do and go back to what its´ original charter was, a forum for countries to meet and air differences not make a pseudo international government.
