PALPA, Sept 12: Sixteen people were injured in a bus accident at Deupuja in Patauti VDC-6 of Arghakhanchi district on Saturday evening. Six of the injured are critical.
Ten of the injured are taken to Palpa´s Mission Hospital and six are being treated at a local health post in Patauti, local teacher Indramani Paudel said.
The bus (Lu 1 Ja 1419) heading for Dhatiwang of Arghakhanchi from Butwal, met with the accident at 7:15 in the evening.
A police team sent from Khidim police post had not reached the accident site till Saturday night, District Police Office Arghakhanchi said.
