KATHMANDU, Oct. 11: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Kaji Shrestha has been bereaved of his mother.
His mother, Jyoti Maya Shrestha died in course of treatment at the Martyr Ganga Lal Heart Centre this evening. She was 85.
Shrestha had been rushed to the hospital following a cardiac arrest at around 10:00 this morning, according to the DPM´s personal secretary.
A resident of Gorkha, Shrestha is survived by six sons. |
