Dead Chickens, Goats Confiscated |

KATHMANDU, Oct 13: Thirteen dead chickens and four dead goats have been confiscated following a raid on the vehicles carrying them in Thankot.
Acting on a tip off that dead chickens and goats are being ferried to Katmandu, a team comprising Police, representatives of Livestock Department and consumer organizations carried out a surprise raid on the trucks.
The dead chickens and goats were found on a mini truck (Ba 6 Cha 95).
However, the cause and the time of the death of the livestock would be revealed after postmortem.
