Press Union Demands Probe On Alleged Irregularities In FNJ
  KATHMANDU, Oct. 15: The Nepal Press Union has said that its serious attention was drawn to the news disseminated in different media houses regarding the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) that challenges the image and prestige of journalists´ umbrella organization.

The Union has said its serious attention was drawn to the news regarding the financial irregularities after drawing the cash from the Agricultural Development Bank by the FNJ Treasurer Sital Sah.

Issuing a press statement on Monday, General Secretary of Union Shiva Lamsal has demanded to bring out the facts as Sah was charged of pocketing Rs 450,000 after selling the old building of the FNJ.

Lamsal has demanded that a high-level commission be formed to investigate into the case and book the guilty after finding out the truths.
