Deusi, Bhaili Prohibited After 11 Pm |

KATHMANDU, Nov 8: The Kathmandu District Administration Office has put restriction on Deusi and Bhaili after 11 pm during this year´s Tihar festival.
Issuing a notice, the DAO has said the decision has been taken to make Deusi and Bhaili organized and controlled, and that people violating the directive would be dealt with penal measures.
It has also enforced restriction on firecrackers and fireworks and gambling during the festival. Likewise, the DAO has warned against getting involved in collecting donations in any manner in the name of any kind of social institutions.
