SSB Tightens Security In Border Area |

JANAKPURDHAM, Nov. 11: The Seema Suraksha Bal (SSB), the Indian Border Security Force, has been in high alert in view of preventing the prisoners absconded by breaking the Jhumka District Prison of Sunsari district from entering Indian territory.
The security in the Nepal-India border was tightened as the 12 prisoners including Dhirendra Yadav, who was also in the most wanted list of Bihar, India, to seal the border to stop the absconded prisoners from entering into India.
"We have taken high alert as risks of their entry increased in the border area," said SSB Commander of the 14th Battalion, Raj Ranjan.
"We have arranged for 24-hour patrolling at the borders in view of preventing the prisoners from entering India," said SSB Commander Ranjan.
Yadav has been accused of murder of Indian entrepreneurs Arun Golchha and in other criminal charges besides in Nepal.
Accused criminals Suvash Jha, Suman Yadav, Jakir Miyan, Saurpharaj Alam, Dinesh Yadav and Farooq Miyan are among the other absconders besides Yadav.
The SSB has established additional check posts in the border areas for preventing the prisoners to flee to Indian territory. |
