Lama given responsibility of Acting Chief Minister of Bagmati Province

MAKAWANPUR, Oct 20: Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Bagmati Province Bahadur Singh Lama has been given the responsibility of the Acting Chief Minister of the Province in absence of Chief Minister Shalikram Jammakattel.

NUWAKOT, Nov 26: Nepali Congress (NC) Candidate Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang) has won the election to the position of Province Assembly member from the Nuwakot electoral constituency 2B. He got 17,249 votes against 9,124 by his nearest competitor Bijay Singh Lama (Tamang) of the CPN-UML.
