BIRGUNJ, Oct 10: Some members of the ruling Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) have been burning the effigies of the party’s Chairman Upendra Yadav in Birgunj for not making lawmaker Pradeep Yadav of Parsa Constituency 1 a minister.
