KATHMANDU, April 4: Nepal Telecom initiated the transition from traditional copper wire-based basic telephone (PSTA) service to Fiber to the Home (FTTH) technology in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Telecommunication Office in Sundhara. KATHMANDU, March 25: Nepal Telecom (NTC) has urged its customers to swiftly upgrade their landline telephone services from traditional copper wires to modern fiber technology. The NTC has announced the cessation of services reliant on copper wires effective March 31.
