Budget for sports without proposal of NSC: NSC Member Secretary

KATHMANDU, April 3: National Sports Council (NSC) Member Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising has voiced concern over the inclusion of programs in the budget without proposals from the body concerned, the NSC.
