KATHMANDU, March 5: The last rites of teenage student from Chitwan, Shalin Pokharel, who was found dead in her school dormitory, were performed on Tuesday. Pokharel was cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat today.

KATHMANDU, March 2: The Nepali Congress (NC) has demanded that the government investigate the incident of the death of Shalin Pokharel, a 14-year-old student of Shishu Niketan Boarding School located in Ratnanagar Municipality-10 of Chitwan.

KATHMANDU, March 2: Family members of Shalin Pokharel, along with other youths, gathered in front of the western gate of Singha Durbar and Shanti Batika, Ratnapark, on Saturday to stage a protest demanding justice for the 14-year-old girl from Chitwan.
