KATHMANDU, Aug 5: The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) approved primary shares worth Rs 20.78 billion, of 21 companies, in the last Fiscal Year 2017/18. The capital market regulator allowed the companies to issue a total 192.88 million units of share.

KATHMANDU, July 28: The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has transferred Rs 3.66 billion from the government coffers so far in the final month of the Fiscal Year 2017/18. A total of Rs 1.66 billion, the highest amount in single transfer, has been allotted for paying to conflict victims and their families.
