Speaker Ghimire holds discussion with chief whips and whips of all parties to resume HoR proceedings

KATHMANDU, Feb 23: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has initiated discussions with the chief whips and whips of various parties to facilitate the resumption of House of Representatives (HoR) proceedings. On Friday, the HoR session was disrupted by speeches from both ruling and opposition party MPs.
