KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Known as the Rhododendron capital of the Himalayas, Tinjure-Milkhe-Jaljale (TMJ) forest complex in eastern Nepal has long been plagued by significant conservation issues that threaten to destroy the very charm of the beautiful landscape.
