Kathmandu, Aug 17: The Nepal Bottle Water Industries Association (NBWIA) has urged traders to sell jar and bottled water not exceeding the set prices. Organizing a press conference on Thursday, the association said it made such a request following complaints that traders were charging the customers rampantly while selling the jar and bottled water. The association’s President Dhurba Gautam said they were effortful in expediting the market monitoring to ensure jar and bottled water are sold at the set prices.

JAJARKOT, June 12: Though it may sound strange, it is the reality for the 30 households at Pyargara of Tribeni Nalgadh Municipality-4 in Jajarkot who have to walk for at least six hours to the nearest source of water to fetch a jar of water.
