Candidature to be canceled if mass rallies organized before November 3: EC

KATHMANDU, Oct 18: The Election Commission (EC) has warned that if candidates hold mass rallies before November 3, targeting the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections to be held on November 20, their candidatures will be canceled.
