Home Minister Khand directs officials to investigate Lalitpur oxygen plant explosion

KATHMANDU, April 21: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has directed the bodies concerned to carry out an investigation into the explosion at Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant located at the industrial corridor of Lalitpur.
