KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Brokerage firms have not been able to start margin trading facility because of the delay in issuance of working procedure for the facility by the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse). Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon), the capital market regulator, had issued a directive, allowing brokerage firms to provide such service more than a month ago.

Pokhara, March 6: A religious event organized at Pumdikot of Pokhara Sub-Metropolitan City received more than Rs 101 million in support from the locals and donors. The 11-day-long Maha Shiva Puran organized from 14-24 February to construct a giant Mahadev idol and other structures in Pumdikot received the commitment of such a huge amount including the land plots.
