KATHMANDU, April 25: Three years ago today, Nepal was struck by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake. With the epicenter in Barpark, Gorkha, the earthquake is also known as Gorkha quake.

Government needs to ensure that reconstruction carried on individual basis or through I/NGOs meets safety standards
