Too afraid to raise my voice, Every time you put your hands on my flesh. Thoughts about all the people run through my mind, Every time you force your lips on mine.

I am not sure of what should I write So many thoughts are passing through  sights I am feeling like I am going crazy My mind is wandering as if in hazy

Across the boundary? Not! I shall go; or shall I?  In the midst dilemma of my thoughts I drown O Almighty O, forgive me, for who I am.

My mind was blank and I often found myself zoning out, even between conversations. I refrained from talking about it for so long. I sought professional help too, but I did not find it effective. I knew the depression was eating me alive. So, rather than sitting idle, I started doing things I loved that helped me overcome my depression. And I realized having a sound mind makes a lot difference.”
