Pimples are temporary but dark acne spots can linger on for a really long time and, worse, it might never fade away completely. The concern for health is a universal one. Immortality is an illusion but prolonging life for the most productive of years definitely isn’t. And thus eating healthy has been on the prime agenda for an increasing number of Nepali people. While this is a good thing for the health of the general mass, unawareness of the health benefits of the country’s own produces is quite alarming. Too many people have taken to subscribing to western-tailored diet plans that cost an outrageous amount. The fallacy that everything Nepali is unhealthy has got to change. It isn’t.

Winter is around the corner and it won’t be long before you will want to cuddle up and get all cozy.

I’ve loved children for as long as I can remember. Even as a young girl, I would play with dolls pretending they were my own children. I would volunteer to take care of a child whose mother needed rest and I loved being surrounded by little children. They were, literally, small bundles of joy. Even back then I would imagine being a mother to my own children – the games we would play, the rides we would take, and the places we would go.
