KHOTANG, Sept 5: The Kirati Rastriya Mukti Morcha has decided to press for appointment of Gopal Kirati as the chief minister of Province no 1. 

The CPN (Maoist Centre)'s sister wing took the decision during its second meeting which concluded in Kathmandu on Monday. 

Morcha's General Secretary, Arjun Jamneli, said a decision was taken to run a campaign to lobby for Kirati as the chief minister of Province no 1. "We are preparing to form committees in the provincial level, towns, wards, villages and blocks for the campaign," Jamneli added. RSS
