KATHMANDU, Oct 31: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has issued a manifesto for the upcoming House of Representatives and provincial assembly elections.

In the manifesto released by the RPP on Monday, there are plans such as abolishing the provincial structure to a directly elected prime minister.

The RPP, which has made its main slogan 'long-term thinking, long-term national goals, long-term roadmap', has proposed to abolish the current form of government and strengthen the central and local levels.

Similarly, a monarchy instead of a president as the guardian of the country, an executive prime minister directly elected by the people, a fully proportional parliament and a Hindu nation are the main agendas of RPP.

Likewise, it is mentioned that a high-level citizen's commission will be established to investigate the assets of high-ranking leaders and employees after 2046BS and confiscate illegal assets. The manifesto of RPP includes the creation of a constitutional council without political parties, reviving Nepal's peace zone proposal, adoption of a balanced foreign policy based on non-alignment and peace, and not allowing Nepal's territory to be used against anyone.
